Tooltip
A small label that appears on hover or focus.
A tooltip is a brief explanation that pops up when you hover over or focus on an element — usually an icon or a control whose meaning is not obvious from its shape alone.
Tooltips should be short, helpful, and never the only way to discover important information. Touch users may never see them, so do not hide critical text inside.
